Michael Jackson merekam lagu ini saat usianya 16 tahun. Rilis dalam album Forever, Michael, yang merupakan kontrak terakhir Jackson dengan Motown. Saat Jacko berjaya berkat album rintisannya bersama Epic Records, Off The Wall, mngalami sukses besar pada pada 1979, atau empat tahun kemudian, Motown ikut menangguk keuntungan dengan merilis ulang lagu tersebut.
