Baby Baby, Senandung Amy Grant Untuk Sang Buah Hati

Amy Grant menulis Baby Baby untuk Millie, anaknya yang saat itu baru berusia 6 minggu. Lagu ini rilis pada 1991 bersama album Heart in Motion. Millie adalah putri Grant bersama Gary Chapman yang menikah tahun 1982. Mereka berpisah 17 tahun kemudian. Setahun berikutnya Grant menikah dengan penyanyi country, Vince Gill.

Amy Grant sendiri sebelumnya dikenal sebagai penyanyi lagu-lagu rohani kristiani. Pada klip Baby Baby pun ia menampilkan gambaran dirinya bersama para fansnya untuk musik Contemporary Christian-nya. Debutan pertamanya di musik sekuler baru dimulainya pertengahan 80-an. Duetnya bersama Peter Cetera pada The Next Time I Fall langsung mendapatkan apresiasi positif dan menjadi hit pertama di Amerika pada tahun 1986.
